What goes around comes around…

I have been using this phrase around my house for many years. It relates to doing the right thing and knowing that if you do the right thing other good things will come back to you. I knew that my daughter has heard this phrase but I guess I didn’t realize how well she understood it until this week.
On Friday, I picked my daughter up after school and she said I have something for you from the librarian. I opened up the present and it was a beautiful book that Eric Kimmel had written about Passover. She had gotten it signed and had pasted a picture of my son, Eric and I in it from his visit. She also gave me a wonderful thank you card. I turned to Gabrielle and said she shouldn’t have done this, I was only helping out and this is too much. She smiled at me and said “Well, Mommy what goes around comes around!”
