It’s officially summertime. More time for some outdoor mitzvahs.
278) Gave directions to someone who was stopped in my neighborhood and was lost.
279) Donated to an Arts Festival.
280) Volunteered at an ice cream booth at the Arts Festival to raise money for my networking group and our mentorship program.
281) On the drive home from the Arts Festival we were stuck in lots of traffic. I was cranky and tired but decided that I would let several drivers in at various points on the drive. I was reminded that when you are driving in traffic it’s even more important to act with kindness. Hopefully, others will remember to do the same thing.
