Yesterday, March 23rd would have been my father’s birthday. I had hoped to do something a little special in his memory. It was spring break, so my kids and I spent the day together mostly at home and in the afternoon we took a trip to the mall to get some shoes. Nothing very eventful. We did have some cake in the evening and I was thinking of him.
958) Donated in honor of Bat Mitzvah girl who asked that we donate to the American Cancer Society. This is a charity that is close to my heart since my father died. I was happy to do it.
959) Attended a memorial service on Sunday.
960) Helped an elderly women with her cart at the grocery store.
961) Called a company to let them know that one of their services (a reminder call) was very valuable and thanked them for adding that service.
